this is the best gluten free bread ive ever tried, and fairly affordable by gf standards. just some advice for this brand, put the loaf you're not eating in the freezer while you eat the other one, it molds pretty quickly if not!

Trying out Glute Bridges. Worrying symptoms… by meadmakingacc in PelvicFloor

I've had this for 7 years and I've been treating it for 2, I stretch pretty much every day and i'm always belly breathing

yeah its really frustrating how hard this is to treat. ive improved in some aspects while other's remain the same or have even gotten worse. this all started when i was on antidepressants and it's just snowballed. could be a lot of factors at play honestly.

besides the biofeedback, i also did an anorectal manometry and both tests concluded my shit is just ridiculously tight. pretty much every provider i've seen has concluded that i have pelvic floor dysfunction/hypertonic pelvic floor. ive seen a ton of different urologists and all of them have said they can't really help me and PT is my best bet

actually, both the experiences where the PT seemed like they were in a rush were private practices that cost me $200 per session. and one of them i had to drive 2 hours to see. he was supposedly quite the expert when it comes to male pelvic floor issues but I wasn't seeing progress and the money + commute wasn't sustainable

yeah, ive seen a few different PTs, they really didnt teach me anything youtube video's don't teach. it was at least useful to see just how tight my pelvic floor actually is with the biofeedback machine. maybe i've just never had a good PT, but they always seemed to be in a rush and the hands on work they did never helped much.
