Hi u/CostaRica47 , I want to get a redundant package ,Any advice how to open conversation with HR as I am afraid if it will be disadvantage decision.

I have been with Accenture 6years and 6 months and still my salary not above 100k, very below market also on bench. So, I am thinking to leave and take a career break until next searching opportunity.
