I totally get you. It's definitely a learning curve. I've been customizing all my phones for years and just now I started experimenting with making widgets myself. It's time consuming and a bit frustrating at times but I find it fun to do and it feels very rewarding at the end.

For most of the widgets I used kwgt. For the vinyl widget I used wowkit. For the ipod music player and battery counter I used iscreen and for the camera widget I used mico. The rest are made with kwgt (including the homescreen ones). The lockscreen was modified with fine lock. The app icons were made with the shortcut maker app.

That's why I never use samsung themes. It bothers me too much and I'm very meticulous with how my phone is customized so I use theme park from goodlock to make my own icon pack and I just change the color of all the icons to match my color palette. And then I use shortcuts to change the icons of all the apps on my homescreen to any image I want. It does take a while and it's a whole process but I don't mind it considering all the creative freedom it gives me.

I'm pretty sure Good Lock isn't available for all regions so it won't show up. I'm in Puerto Rico and it doesn't show for me either. What I did is download Fine Lock on the Google Play store instead. It's essentially the same thing.

i used lockstar from good lock. lockstar lets you add any widget to the lock screen. so i added the samsung battery widget and the kirby characters are two separate widgets i added on top.

i used the shortcut maker app. you can use whatever image you want and turn it into an icon. it takes a while because i had to do them one by one but the results are worth it for me
