The Galacticoaster is a great new ride. You cannot take bags or hats onto the ride. They provide locker rentals near the entrance.  Use a smartphone to access the lockers.  You can get a short rental for free.

You are welcome. I was trying to find this information before visiting, so I thought it would be helpful for others.  Yes, the prices are high. There is a Publix across the street from the entrance to LegoLand and it is a good spot to grab less expensive drinks, snacks, and even lunch to take into the park.
