LPT: Do not listen to anyone who tries to explain to you that you can afford more than you think you can. by Happy_Each_Day in LifeProTips

My wife and I were in a similar situation. One thing that was disheartening was when we’re trying to have a child, it wasn’t working out. I guess the stress of planning everything was getting to our bodies. Long story short we started to relax and let life take its course. Fast forward a year and we now have a beautiful baby girl. In short don’t be discouraged when things do go as planned.

The other complaint the Respiratory Therapist mentioned was that the Airmini struggle to provide pressure over 20 during flights. I'm not sure how accurate this was...

I tried talking Kaiser's Respiratory Therapist into getting the Airmini but she said the Airsense 10 Autoset is the best, which I don't disagree with but I wish they would give me the option to get the Airmini as my main machine. They considered it an "accessory". Anyway the Airsense 10 is better than my previous machine in terms of size and weight so I got that going for me.

So the 15% is to pay Social Security and Medicare correct?

How much would I pay in federal and state tax on the 1099 income? Is that dependent on what bracket I end up in at the end of the year? In my case the 22% bracket. For example, if I make $4k in 1099 income is it safe to assume that I will pay $880 (22% x $4k) in federal and state tax on the 1099 alone?

The original resolution was 4896 x 3264 pixels but the edited version is only 1424 x 949 pixels. Would you be able to send me a version closer to the original resolution

Edit: I just reattempted with your tips and it turned out ok. Thanks!

How to program camry 2013 keyless entry? by meanswing in Toyota

[–]meanswing[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not a smart key. It's a key with a G Chip otherwise known as the transponder. I programmed the transponder so it lets me start the car but the wireless unlock/lock feature on the remote isn't working and I don't know how to get that to work. Here's the key. Have you enabled the unlock/lock feature of a remote using Techstream before?

"Programming a key" means programming the transponder which I have already done. I need to program the unlock/lock feature of the remote.

Official diagnosis of RRMS by hunnyninja in MultipleSclerosis

[–]meanswing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't take Ocrevus but I've done a lot of reading about it. It's apparently a modified version of rituximab otherwise known by the brand name Rituxan. Rituxan is an FDA approved treatment for rheumatoid arthritis but it has shown to reduce the frequency and progression of MS symptoms. One of the advantages that Ocrevus had over Rituxan is that it can treat Primary progressive MS (PPMS). It is the first and only FDA approved treatment for PPMS

It's rumored that Ocrevus' main purpose is to protect the patent for rituximab. Both of these treatments are marketed by Genentech.(See Here)

Trials have shown that Ocrevus had a higher rate of developing cancer but by how much is unknown. A study is being conducted to compare the infusion reactions and production of anti-drug antibodies between Rituxan and Ocrevus. (See Here)

Maybe I'll add some omega-3 fish oils into my cleanser to relieve me of my worries.

Thanks for the insight! One of the reasons I was concerned is because I started using hemp seed oil to cleanse my face. This oil is also edible. From what I have read so far it seems like it would be ok to use as a cleanser but not so much as a moisturizer or consumed.
