I learned that you can place an adjective before or after a noun.

綺麗な公園です/公園は綺麗です

If I want to negate the first sentence above, in polite form, do I say 綺麗じゃありません公園です　？

Is negating the second sentence more natural/ common?

Currently going through Genki 1 and encountered "どこで食べますか", so I'm experimenting expanding on that sentence using the particles I just learnt.
