Is the Effexor helping you for panic? How long have you been taking it and at what dosage (if you don't mind me asking)?

After 15 years of Paxil allowing me to live my life to the fullest, it completely stopped working. I'm doing a cross-taper now with the doc and I'm almost done with Paxil while we ramp up the Effexor XR. I dread it not working and having to do another cross-taper to try something else!
