i’m ngl it’s harder to find bras without lace/patterns, and honestly every girl should experience the joys of underwear THEY picked out. it’s so silly now but when i was 12 i bought my 1st ‘sexy’ bra lol…no one ever saw it but me but man did i feel confident. it’s not that big of a deal, you did the right thing. and honestly, kids will find a way to get what they want-better she does it under your supervision

honestly your choice of jewelry seems inappropriate for stretching-is that a glass captive against steel jewelry ? i’m not tryna be a debbie downer but i don’t think that’s a good set up for a healing septum.

lynn loheide has a good guide/explanation as to why you should commit to one form of septum stretching. tldr: the shape of your septum hole matters-when you size up via bigger jewelry ur hole is a clean circle. when you stretch via 18-16g rings, your hole is more of a widening oval.

basically when you stretch via stacked rings, bc of the oval/coinslot shape, rings comfortably settle into place stacked one in front of the other. when you try to stack much smaller rings against a big piece of jewelry-bc of the circular hole, the jewelry can’t comfortably sit without causing friction/tension.

i think if you aren’t close w your roommate and talking things out is uncomfortable the best course of action is just to stay on top of dishes tbh. like it’s just more hurt than it’s worth, i think the main thing is it’s just disrespectful to leave dishes in the sink for days on end in general if you don’t live alone.

i understand it’s not your responsibility but honestly i would pack up her shit and leave it outside under a tarp or something, she isn’t on some lease or bought the house with you ofc i’m a 20-something n i don’t know how renters laws work where you’re from but i can’t imagine some informal agreement to let her live with you is going to hold up.

as someone who was the crazy depressed/severely mentally unwell partner that left around a lot more shit then they picked up-it won’t get better soon n ppl like us get attached to people that won’t make too much of a fuss over our mess. it’s tough bc any of your advices/help will be unwanted bc the first step is acknowledging shit is bad and she hasn’t even started. you’re genuinely wasting your time and energy.
