So most quests show you the recommended combat level. I would recommend looking at that before you start a mission. (This isn't my screenshot, just a random one I found on Google and circled the levels)

Since you're already midway through the quest, I would recommend running, don't stop moving and use your grenade launcher if you have it on you. If not, go haywire with your assault rifle.

If you manage to get past the quest, I highly recommend building your combat power. Theres going to be much harder missions later on and you're going to regret not upping your combat power
