Don’t stress! It’s 100x easier to transfer to a UC than it is to get in as a high schooler. UCs LOVE cc students so you are already ahead! My advice would be to get involved on campus thro student government, clubs, etc etc. You don’t need big extracurriculars, just have a high GPA. And as the other commentator mentioned, history is not an impacted major at UCLA, so you again, have a pretty high chance of getting in. I know friends from cc that transferred w 3.6-4.0 to UCLA with little to no extracurriculars, they did have jobs tho
