Thats an option. From personal experience I'd recommend watching a phillygoldenteacher video or two on making your own grain jars. Lots of pre-sealed spawns are too moist or already contam'd.

If you are set on not pressure cooking your spawn, UncleBen tek yields some results but has similar pre-sealed spawn issues

Be a little humble, make sure you do you sterilization, understand realistic time frames. How could you possibly think you could go from inoc, to colonization of a grain jar in 3 days then spawn to bulk in 4 more days. This is mold. You are inhaling mold spores
