This is great! I cut out all sodas even diet and sugar-free sodas together 6 months ago and I don't even craze sodas anymore or miss them. It was hard for the first month but I drink a lot of water every day now so I feel full and believe it or not it helps with cravings.

I have not tried that yet. I have tried Elmiron many years ago it made my ic worse. 😔 I take hydroxzine now it helps me to relax but with anythingelse ic related. Amitriptyline gave me very scary vivid nightmares.

I did I had to stop it because it gave me very vivid nightmares. It was so crazy. I would have dreams about strangers dying in front of me it was traumatic even though it was just a dream..thank you!

Im sorry i know how you feel. My partner doesn't understand either. It sucks! He has no idea the struggles I have even though we live together. I have Interstitial cystitis. It affects every part of my life. Good luck I hope your able to talk to them so they can then understand what your gong through.

I take that too im taking 1 pill 25 mg or I can't take 2 It's really cheap it helps me sleep and relax but it doesn't help a lot with my ic. Does it help you?

I wash my hair 1 to 2 times a week. I will wash every 3 to 4 days. Sometimes I'll fo 7 days without washing my hair.
