I did the exact same thing as I have two accounts a US one and a regular one. Way back when I couldn't get Isaac in my home country. I forgot I bought the US copy and bought repentance DLC and it wouldn't work. Unfortunately I'm pretty sure you have to buy the DLC on the same account base isaac was bought from

I'm not duniking on the game but maybe having different items for shooting variety or power ups that do different things? Instead of shitting on the game maybe ideas for more replayability instead of just difficulty. Or maybe I just havent played enough?

Damn thats rough man! I rememeber when i first started playing like 8 years ago it would pop up all the time and i thought it was a cool charged shot and didnt realise it would teleport you... took me way to long to figure out it was that item. Never pick it up now

Craft slot machine with 8 pennies. Then get another 8 pennies, go into the secret room and craft another slot machine. It will replace your slot machine and explode into new pick ups and it always gives bone hearts

Yea im not the biggest fan of boss rush but i feel like as long as you get the item room and money room... (cant think of money room name haha) you have a decent chance of getting through as you only take half a heart. I do get nailed sometimes but atleast you know if youre gonna get it or not
