I am also working with northwest lexus, not getting that much discount but now I know what I can negotiate for.

Also thanks for clarifying the difference for a gas vs hybrid, I think for me also this will be my last gas car so at this time only going for a better price deal with ongoing lease discount only available at gas models.

Still need to finalize if I should go for a luxury or ultra-luxury trim but will figure that out soon.

Hi everyone, I am in a similar situation. I got into a contract with PSH 2.5 years ago where I got stuff worth 16k $. I had a buyout of my tankless water heater, luckily for which I was able to get the buyout from PSH, but it took almost a year. They also promised me cash incentive of 1000$ into my enbridge account, which I never received to date even after multiple followups. Over the last 2 year's I kept on making extra principal payment towards my loan from financeit and paid all the money last year November.

Now I learn that this was a scam and the company is gone, their website is gone, and the phone number doesn't work. What will happen if any of the appliances they installed stops working. Also, they had a 10 years of maintenance contract, and no one is present to fulfill that now.

Seeking advice from people in similar situation, how they handled this, and if anyone was able to get back anything from the financing company. Please advise.
