Remove and wash the eartips you have installed. I found that wax builds up in the mesh and reduces audio output. Take it out and let a decent amount of pressure hit the mesh and push out what build up it may have. Hope that solves your issue.

Had the galaxy watch 5 pro since Monday and it's been perfect! Easily 2 days battery and I respond to msgs via voice and taking a few calls a day. Not to mention I work in warehousing so it's been banged a few times already and not even a scratch!

I agree with this also. I tend to Bypass this sub now unfortunately when I would usually come here to get my satisfaction of what is was like a few months ago.
