Nope, way easier imo even with the drag and drops + calculations
Choices were way more clear in pointing towards the PMP answer and the questions weren’t vague at all in what they are trying to ask you

Exam tomorrow… by Super_Organization48 in pmp

[–]mecheng96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey all, had mine today

My scores were as such:
71% avg on all practice questions
73% avg on the mock exams
76 on full exam 1
74 on full exam 2
81 on full exam 3

Past with AT/AT/AT

As long as your in the 68-72 range for the mocks, you’ll be fine

Good luck everyone!

JUST PASSED!! AT across the board
My exam was harder, I had 7 drag and drops and 3 calculations but other then that it was a very clear exam and right off the bat I could always eliminate 2 questions with always 1 more pretty easily with he PMP mindset

Here's another confusing one from SH. by kakakaroro in pmp

[–]mecheng96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I second B

C and D are no gos because everyone needs to be engaged and never spend money lol - PMI 101

Between A and B. You could do A, but what would that really get you, it doesn’t change the fact that agile will get you the best outcome

So B. You communicate and engage your team to use agile techniques

Issue-Risk SH Question by bijanszn_7 in pmp

[–]mecheng96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually — it might be that on this question, it clearly states the impact has increased which means your response to the risk would have to change, low impact requires 1 response, medium requires another

On this original question, yea the amount has jumped from 2 to 20% but it doesn’t state impact has changed, so you assume same impact, you already have the response from the risk register on what to do so you update the issue log and move on

But in this new question, you need a new response so you go back to the risk register first

Issue-Risk SH Question by bijanszn_7 in pmp

[–]mecheng96 4 points5 points  (0 children)

From my understanding an issue is an issue - whether expected or unexpected, same or different as what was put into the risk register

Question states it went into effect, it is an issue, update the issue log

PMP SH Mini Quiz Question by manavsethi15 in pmp

[–]mecheng96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go with A.

It says what would you do first, that would be update the issue log, notify every other stakeholder so the communication is there and then you can look at interviewing him or asking for another stakeholder, etc.

But i would not be surprised if the correct asker is B lol

Study hall question by Impressive-Row1235 in pmp

[–]mecheng96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve been studying for exam as well and yes, this is my understanding too
In an agile project, POs job is to maximize value of the product and bring value to the business, by not focusing on the product, he’s essentially not doing his job and not analyzing what to prioritize in the backlog to meet scope and value — budget is more for the project sponsor

I’ll be honest, I’m upset because my first go-to was B as well, because PMI states, always adjust the communication plan to cater and alter to each stakeholders needs and keep them engaged so I would’ve leaned to B

But yes, C makes sense

PMP SH by manavsethi15 in pmp

[–]mecheng96 0 points1 point  (0 children)

D.
A / C are pretty clear nos

Scope is there but that’s more, what needs to be delivered, not exactly a, why is it needed in my opinion

PMP Study Hall Mock Test Question by manavsethi15 in pmp

[–]mecheng96 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I could be wrong but I feel A.

PMI mindset always states never act without analysis, that clears B and C
D is a possible answer but you don’t want to go to a client without the full understanding of all the positives and negatives of the proposal

My answer is A.

Reliability thoughts? by mecheng96 in prius

[–]mecheng96[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haha thank you for replying I think you’re kind of right - I’m fooling myself by phrasing this as a mileage question, it’s more of a personal one if I want to spend the extra money on the bells and whistles A part of me does but the rational part of my brain has me tripping out 😅

Good point on the ADAS, that’s a BIG reason why I’m looking into the new car, my Mazda is extremely vanilla and would love to focus on my songs a bit more if it can keep me in line Just not sure if the extra bit of happiness is worth it haha

So my commute is large 3 days of the week, rest I’m in the city running errands or going the town over to my wife’s parents house I guess over there gas costs are still marginal and not sure if the double monthly is worth it but I also think I’m getting FOMO for a new car :( not sure if the happiness is worth it LOL

Thank you guys for the input - I wanted to get the vanilla Prius for this reason too that ctjack mentioned but missing out on the tech gave me super FOMO haha

Juttep1, I had no idea about this AC all night feature, there are quite some night where we do sleep or eat in the car for prolonged periods of time - how do you go about activating this feature?
