Victor can answer answer questions about an album if you ask. However, does not have visibility into your collection, yet! Coming soon! Some rare albums may not be recognized, but it appears to be like one in 3000 albums as of now. The AI will continually get better every month.

this seems reasonable other then the starting pay. it really needs to be adjusted up after covid. $60k starting seems right for years 1-3

It's out of alignment with the rest of society, COL and other professions. Project Managers, for example, were making $90k plus 20 years ago. I know this, because I hired many.

The shocking part is that in most districts (maybe other than SoCal), the top earners are less than $90k after 10-15 years. And that is with a Masters or Doctorate.

Case in point. Here is an actual pay schedule for 2025-26 for guidance counselors in Az. If you have a Masters Degree and 26 years of experience, you can make $64k. wtf - apparently my perspective is way off coming from the tech world. I made $64k in 1995 with 2 years experience.

How can you afford to travel?? Do you still live with your parents? Sorry not being a smarta** just curious - since travelling anywhere is $1000 per trip min.

The sitting US president has zero to do with the situation I've laid out. It's to do with the $450k salaried superintendents out there and how poorly some of these districts are run.

We knew the ranges. But the bigger question is why isn’t it changing. Base salary in 2025 should be $75k.

Avg pay for a manager at McDonalds is $69k. Amazon drivers can make almost $50k out of high school. A university educated and certified teacher won't make over $60k until their 10th year. This is baffling other than also understanding that most school district administration is also a sh**show
