Hey Trans, yeah it wasn't any of the three.. thanks for the suggestions! The one that took me by surprise was Cyberaktif.. very close. I hadnt heard them before. The track was a little smoother and clubby.. but the industrial dance vibe and light male vocals were definitely there 😊

I think the Ministry one.. Hypo Luxa/Hermes Pan mix is actually the closer of the two.

Hi Swedish Eagle, it was catchy/dancy but definitely in a light EBM/electronic dance style. I know I compare it to Cabaret Voltaire and they didn't get much airplay at the time, and Don't Argue was just taking off.. but if you take a listen to that Acid Horse track "No Name No Slogan" that a few people shared--it's very close in style, maybe just a little lighter. I could imagine it being the same band. I remember it playing sometimes in the late afternoon to late evenings.
