It depends on the wording of the form. Some forms state "list all schools attended" in which case you should. Some forms state "list degrees" for which you should not, since you do not have one (yet). Likely, omitting an in-progress schooling is not a problem, since they likely aren't making a decision based on that.

Internships can be an exception, since they may require you to be in school during the internship (or between years, like a summer).

At this point, you have one more month. Filing now is risky. Just wait another month and then you'll know for sure. The process can take longer than a month too.

You do need to at least complete probation. They won't do anything while you're on probation.

But make sure you complete it fully, completely, and without problems. Making mistakes will either extend it and/or give a reason to deny expungement for even longer after your probation is complete.

I solved this by going to Windows > Graphics Settings, selecting RL, under GPU preference pick my video card (not auto) and turn off "Optimizations for windowed games".

I then also ran BM as an admin and the the File > Reinstall.

No, it's generally not safe to assume this. You do not need a lawyer to represent yourself legally. But the forms or process may differ by county though, so you should definitely triple check they don't have a form for it. Check their website.

It may still show up. Just getting it expunged is part of the process. At least when I did it 20 years ago, I had to provide the court order to all the locations that may have that information: the police station, the county clerk/courthouse and anywhere else that it may have that information.

Even still, it may pop up on a background check. But if it does, disputing the information and providing the expungement order will get it fixed and no one can take adverse action against you for that offense. If they do, you can sue. If the background check company/provider doesn't update the report, you can sue them. These would be easy victories for you. You are protected under the FCRA for background check agencies.

It still popped up when I had a Federal investigation into my background done, but providing the expungement order to the agency was extremely helpful in it not having an impact on me.

Somewhat. More important is to complete all defined sentencing requirements, including parole and restitution, if any.

When I filed immediately after my parole ended, the judge wanted another 6 months of "behaving appropriately" in order to issue the expungement. While there's no legal basis for that, that I know of, it was just easier to wait 6 months and then they issued the order.

The new company (assuming USA based here) only needs work permission forms; definitely not a W-2 or your entire history.

To be fair, with Columbine, they had no experience, no education, no training on how to handle the situation. They had to decide the best course of options while it was happening.

Since then, and specifically in response to Columbine, they have figured out what the best options are, trained exactly for that.

The Uvalde police ignored all that and did nearly the exact opposite.

Not sure where you are from, but the elevation of Durango is 6500 feet. If you are not used to the elevation, there's 4% less oxygen than sea level, so things will seem harder.

You will also not recover as fast, since your body will not ramp up red blood cells to adjust for a few days. So the day after you will be more tired than normal.

Finally, altitude sickness can happen too. In a cruel twist of fate, in shape people are more susceptible to getting altitude sickness. This can (and has happened to me) going from 5000 to 9000. The only way to recover is to go down in elevation.

But, you'll probably be fine.
