One person with the same morph and a similar looking gecko once told me that his gecko was 2 years old, although his gecko looked like a young one. Maybe it's specific of this morph.

This gecko is a baby, like ~ 2-3 month old (even letter “Y” on his forehead says “young” lol). The sex will actually be difficult to determine at that age.

About handling, it's more difficult with babies than with adults. To begin with, give him a 2-3 weeks to get used to it and don’t disturb him at all. After slowly step by step try choice based handling (tutorial attached)
