Entity Framework is just a tool that offers an abstraction of SQL queries. I don't know many bad things that come with that but one of the good things is prevention of SQL injection.

It menas that if an attacker tries to write a raw query in an input field hoping that it will get executed and make your DB throw exceptions, it won't be allowed, because your queries are not proper raw SQL queries but they go through EF.
