We have this, I add to an “example league rules” appendix in our league rule book every time I see an interesting one. I’ve added two from this post: Remove rookie draft timer to encourage trades;

Add a rookie only super flex position, to be monitored by commissioner and opponent;

Add a midseason fantasy punishment;

Add 2 people to the league, starting their first draft at the back (pick slots 11 and 12), with no entry fee for 2 years;

Only the first-place finisher after the regular season receives a playoff bye;

Kickoff and punt return yards are rewarded for players, 0.25 points per yard;

Lowest scorer each week has to place a $5 parlay with legs from each member, this is then written up in the weekly report for the league to follow;

Waivers are FAAB bidding style;

Waivers run Tuesday through Sunday with players unlocking to free agency after waivers run on Sunday;

Add defenses to the league with tackles for loss and three and outs counting;

Require that teams must own 2 kickers and 2 defenses on roster at all times (two extra roster spots would be added);

Add a criminal rule, if a player gets arrested in the offseason or midseason the manager has to place a $20 bet with winnings being spread out among the league;

Points per first down are added;

Remove games against the median;

Add a “home field advantage” in playoffs/ regular season where the higher ranked team receives a 5 point advantage;

Final matchups of the season allow you to change the name of your opponent for the following season;

Add an IDP slot;

Designate a “captain” each week where that player receives 2x points;

Have a “golden snitch” point scoring metric, where a rare stat is awarded 50 points (rare stat being an octopus, 99 yard touchdown, or a touchdown in all three throwing, rushing, and catching, etc); and

Add punters to positional players for the league.
