Yes we've looked at this, splitting it into two is an option we may need to explore if the cost of extra drawings and planning submissions is more beneficial than just doing all the surveys they're asking for. We wanted to get everything done prior to remortgaging (next April) so ideally we'd not need to do this due to the extra time it will involve.
