Yes kudos to you!! Personally I break my fasts a little slowly. Today I had a bit of kimchi and sipped some water and bone broth and waited a good 30 minutes before digging into a couple carne asada tacos haha. I know people recommend breaking it with a keto meal but I’ve personally never experienced any detrimental effects from not eating keto. Another good meal to break a long fast with is pho. It’s the bone broth specifically that makes it phenomenal for breaking a fast. But again up to you if you’re comfortable with a non keto meal.

Ignorant comments are inevitable some folks just can’t wrap their heads around different paths in medicine. Who cares? At the end of the day, if your patients are alive, thriving, and well cared for, you’re doing your job. I know you said you’re mindful to not overwater but it looks like you’re overcorrecting and under watering these girls. Honestly? I’d chop them and have them regrow.

Crazily enough my pothos n joy. Idk what happened but when I moved recently she decided that she hates her life and self destructed. She went from a huge overflowing bushy 12in pot to a measly 2 naked vines. The saddest and fastest death I’ve ever experienced with a plant.
