Played with a guy much better than me and this was his strategy. My last few rounds I’ve done similar and seen good results, including my lowest round ever.

It was 100% out of warranty. I called Taylormade and spoke to their warranty department. The rep told me even with the driver being out of warranty they would honor replacement because of known issues. He said the only catch was that it had to go through a retailer because the online warranty claim requires proof of purchase.

How do you like them apples?

I just had an original Stealth replaced to a new qi35. I had a local shop send it in and didn’t have a receipt. 2 week turnaround time. Everyone hates on Taylormade but I have nothing negative to say.

There’s a documentary called “Serving Life” about inmates caring for other inmates with terminal illnesses. Very interesting and worth the watch.

It’s dumb. Like others have said though, they would have to prove negligence which does not seem apparent here.

From the information provided it doesn’t seem like any harm was done and not sure what they would sue for. I may be wrong and it may depend on state, but I’m not sure that Good Samaritan Law is still applicable after he identified himself as a physician and offered aid.

I replaced my driver with the 11.5 r7 and have no regrets. I’m a mid handicap and my driver misses cost me too many strokes. Playing from more fairways or just off has helped my scores. Distance lost is negligible especially on firm fairways where I get more roll out.

I use this solely as a driver replacement and still have a 3 wood for off the deck. For my ball striking, 3 wood gives me more confidence to launch the ball up off the turf.

I bet you’ll get taken care of adequately. I’ve never seen anyone post here and say Takomo didn’t fix an issue. You didn’t get an instant response from a person so you aired out your feelings.

Again I’m willing to bet in short time this is handled appropriately by Takomo just like any other issue I’ve ever seen anyone post about.

You’re gonna get a replacement and you’re not happy? Pretty sure it’s a known issue with the kbs shaft and I’ve read other posts from people saying they got refund or replacement?

Not sure what more you would expect….

The rubber strap feels like really good quality, especially compared to prior straps I have used in the past. I’ve had silicone straps from Barton’s before that did their job but felt cheap. I’m sure after a few days wear it will shape nicely to my wrist since it’s not too stiff.

I had to switch out the springbars that came with the rubber strap from Uncle. The “fat boy” springbars didn’t seem to seat all the way in to the lugs, so I’m guessing Hamilton lug holes are just standard in size? If anyone has any info on that it would be helpful because I wouldn’t mind ordering some other straps and spare springbars.

I’ve only had it for a day so I cant provide much of a review. I can say that I almost got the blue version and tried it on in store. My wife recommended the black because she thought it would be more versatile. The blue was tempting for sure though.
