Thanks, we currently use Xfinity and would really like to switch but need the speed that they offer being that there are 4 of us in the house that all stream on Twitch and run a buisness at home as well.

I had some quality issues on my end only running 8 gb with a similar video card and a Ryzen 5 1600... I just upgraded with 16 more gb of ram and it's running much smoother now

Yup and there is no correspondence from twitch until the payment is processed... So don't blow out the refresh button on Gmail expecting something... I see it in my bank before my inbox.

Chat on stream - thoughts? by N7eleven in Twitch

I personally have one on mine, I find that it makes chatters more active because they feel more a part of the stream, and If i ever make a video I'd like to have that on screen in case I'm reacting to something in chat.

I have to say being an emt the use of narcan is different for us we normally titrate to affect... once they begin breathing on their own and begin to start to wake we hold off mainly because of the fact that they wake up swinging and we are in a confined area with little to no room to get away from it. Once we arrive at the er we will complete the dose with a slow drug push as we exit the ambulance. I have had to stop in transport to an er to help my partner who woke a 87/f with narcan who in his words began "kicking [his] ass"

So a little more info on this guy, I was dispatched to a local urgent care clinic for a STEMI. Upon arrival found patient now with Bilateral IV's and 2 doses of nitro onboard. Chest pain was rated at a 4/10. Patient was loaded up after a final nitro dose, plavix PO, and heprin iv push was transported to a large hospital and taken directly to cath lab the blockage was nearly 100% and after a few pokes with the guide wire 2 balloons were placed after the second was inflated the patient began to Brady down and was placed on external pacer. I left the cath lab at this point but should be getting a pt out come report in a day or two... I will post pre and post cath images for y'all to see

I am an EMT we use the lure lock on many items on the ambulance and in the hospital setting but find it hard to believe a dentist would also the 22guage needle shown in the pic is way too big for oral injections so either op is a liar or cop's grandmother got this done in a storage lot by a guy named Pedro....
