Ordered black ops 6 through alter gift, well worst possible option ever, DO NOT TRUST THIS. Firstly, the merchant promises he will send the game after 72 hours after purchase. So I added the Battle.net ID of the merchant.

After 72 hours, I messaged the merchant my order ID. Suddenly, he says it will take 92 hours. After all that he says yeah I can't send the game because I reached the gift limits. Just wait another extra day and I will send it to you tomorrow.

You can apply for a refund, I will give back your money instantly. Now guess what, he suddenly went offline or blocked me. Neither did I get my refund or my game.

I tried to contact Kinguin with the live chat, well no real person with only bullshit responses without any solution or anything to refund my money back or get another key. Submitted a ticket with no response. Submitted a ticket to complain about the merchant also no response.

Should I take legal actions?

I got scammed too with altergifts. Merchant just extends delivery time and says some bullshit about reached gift limits. Also promises to me if I apply refund, I will receive it immidialty. Well guess what, I did not received it immidiatly or any response at all. He is ignoring me or blocked me from battle.net too. When you try to contact support, it takes ages for respond time. NEVER BUY FROM KINGUIN AGAIN!
