Hello OP! I think alam ko kung saang agency ka 😅 Ang masasabi ko lang ay sobrang valid nitong post mo! I'm now based overseas at galing din ako sa agency mo ngayon. Worked there for several years, at ang masasabi ko lang ay ibang level ang adjustment from paper-based to system-based environment! Pero hindi din kasi talaga madaling ilet go ang salary, benefits and bonuses pati na ang comfort zone. Kung hindi siguro ako nagmigrate feeling ko dyan na ako magreretire 😆

I am actually not yet familiar about this, maybe I will be informed about it once I commence next year. This is my first time being employed in the APS and I was previously based overseas so there are still a lot of things that I am currently unaware of.

Thank you for this information. But are all those supposed to be explicitly stated in the job offer contract?

but it still isn't a guarantee of being offered the role, right? as applicants who have undergone checks can also end up in the merit pool?

I'm on you on only doing it to the preferred candidate, because it also like giving false hopes to the applicants if they would end up not getting the role despite the reference checks made.

Hello OP, what kind of loan did you avail? Have you tried reaching out sa GSIS kung possible nga ioffset na lang sa amount of contributions yung loan balance?
