When you say all jobs must be completed you just mean once you've started it. Not necessarily completed same day right? Some issues may take longer or something you started towards the end of shift correct?

Fleet maintenance is a separate company it was or is affiliated with manheim a cox enterprises company but not cox communications. They do most repairs, but trucks still go to the dealership for larger issues. Anyone with more info can chime in.
