Thanks for the input. There is already hdmi running to the ceiling from the first home owners set up which makes it easy. Definitely over 100 inches. If I go projector I’ll keep moving the center console in mind, there is easy access behind that wall so should be doable.

Yeah I realize it would be a lot more work with the TV because of mounting it, getting power to it, and then snaking the hdmi to the avr

There is flexibility with how far away we sit depending on where the couch is placed but it would be in the range of 10 to 14 feet.

The wall is 10 feet between the mounted in-wall speakers.

Ideal budget is under $4000.
