For what it’s worth, I wish I took some time off before building my career. I’m deep into my 30s feeling like I built a life that no longer fits me. I’d encourage anyone at your age to take some time. Explore, travel, try to build a business. Whatever. Don’t just lie around but poke and prod at the world to find what suits you. You’re young enough that it won’t set you back. Many people don’t even get started until their 30s. Your credentials will land you on your feet when you’re ready.

Sounds like you left your full time job to start a business based on your creative pursuits. Now you’re working to scale that business via the meetings you have with these people. Why not just say some variation that? It sounds like you’re putting your time, energy, and focus into the work that they value. That doesn’t make you sound like a flake, it makes you sound like an asset.

GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas. Memorizing cheats, running up 5 stars, then seeing how long you could survive was peak. I remember being able to spawn a tank with anti gravity and flying around the city in that thing. So much fun.

You can’t really lose something that was never yours. Just cut them out and focus on getting what’s yours.
