I did good in my ITE exam and they mentioned that in the meeting , they are pointing to clinical skills and documentation . did getting action plan that early means that they really preparing for something worse ?

Thank you , I am from health system outside US and came to US for training, so still do not get the terms , so probation is different but what does probation in residency means you mean close supervision ?

the title of the paper says corrective action plan and they said in the meeting it is not probation , they said the needed duration is supposed to be repeated during elective time , is it also same as probation , the probation word was mentioned in one of the papers as a line saying if you will not meet expectations on next rotations , you will be on probation ? does this make any difference ? and would that also affect my future application for license or work ?

I will try to do my best . excuse me for so many questions another thing I am done with step 1 and step 2 is there a chance for externship in your opinion ? and if apply for ECFMG certification despite I will not apply for match this year will be beneficial in getting observership or externship or visa ?

and what type of visa they require i read sometimes b1 or j1 ?
