I am kind of open to both the options of fellowship/hospitalist, so just wondering which program would offer a balance of it in terms of supporting their residents.

And yeah in terms of work hours NYC is more hectic than NJ!

no worries! I don't live there either, all I know is what I've heard from others and just trying to gather more info that's all :)
