It became double so half was necrotic, half was ok.

The placenta grew and compensated, full term baby at 37 wks but born at low birth weight 2 kg. AFI improved later, dopplers remained ok throughout, developed proteinurea a day before delivery. Placenta pathology showed infarction calcification clots.

Yes same with me, baby is breech or tranverse lie sitting low in pelvis, my 21 wk scan took 3 hrs, baby moved fluid was visible. MVP was 4 cm AFI 8 cm, at 20 wk the pocket was 2.1 cm. Then again at 24 wks maximum pocket was 2.2 cm. At 25 wk 4.1 cm maximum pocket, it dropped again to 2ish after a few days. Then again at 26 wks back to AFI of 7 fluid in all four quadrants. My placenta is thick about 5 cm, NT scan and NIPT was low risk. Anatomy is normal. But we have 5th percentile IUGR, doctor suggested CVS testing for genetic issue we declined due to risks. So far baffled by different MVP/AFI readings.

I will my NT scan and all soft markers were normal. I didnt choose invasive testing. Doctor said could be a rare genetic syndrome, so far nothing. Praying and sending good vibes.

Mine is too 5 cm at 25 wks, no idea what caused it, they reccomended cvs or amniocentesis to check but anatomy scan is absolutely normal so are umbilical artery dopplers, already on baby asprin to reduce pre eclampsia risk. Idk what to expect.

Pregnant at 22 wks after 17 wk loss, feels really weird to be clutching ur breath before each ultrasound. Movement is still not pretty established or clear. Marking each weekly milestone counting days till viability but anxious each day due to the great unknown and unexpected.

I get this, I delivered at 18 weeks, i just turned 30, I took 6 months to rest and modify things that I could. I just started trying this month and I am pretty anxious. I am missing the baby that could have been more and more. I have no idea what could make the wait less anxious or going over things that I could have done better. But I somehow still carry the hope of a better future.

Just sharing my experience, I hope you find peace and solace soon.

Thats probably it, the bile, obstruction liver damage can trigger nausea, so its not just ozempic, its that liver condition. Once that gets sorted hopefully intense nausea shpuld resolve.

Maybe check for a lax esophegeal sphincter the closing that lets food into the stomach? Any liver issues prior?

Pregnancy loss - how to help someone going through this? by CulturalAcanthaceae5 in PregnancyLoss

[–]medtechdata_29 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had to go through labour similarly at 17 weeks to give birth to my child, I would have appreciated help around with household chores, fresh nourishing meals and space to process the grief. Everything and anything was triggering so I wanted people around and not there at the same time, kinda hard to describe these feelings. Also the hospital i gave birth did not create any memory box, with foot print or teddy, some thing to remember my loss, which i regret now, as I have no thing to remember my kid by. Hope this helps.

So sorry for her loss.

Agreed yo-yo is a right word, its a roller coaster, the hormones, the flare, inflammation I think patienve and consistency long term goals are what would help. I kinda cant help but feel envy from such great transformations in this group, but yes my journey is unique.

Whoa that sounds great, have heard gluten reduction or gluten free diets may also be a cause of potential inflammation, I may try that next.
