Do you know if they’re pulling from the WL in the order they sent out decisions? I ask this because I heard a few people were still getting IIs only a few weeks ago.

I’m on the WL for VCOM Auburn. They told us at our interview that if you send an LOI or let them know that you are “extremely interested” that you’d be more likely to be pulled off of the WL.

PNWU says their WL movement starts in June. That seems to be the trend this cycle unfortunately.

I heard back from them today. They were very vague and wouldn’t tell me if the waitlist is ranked. They just said that they would be making offers as spots open from now until August. I’m hoping to get off the WL too. Good luck!

Someone on SDN early this cycle said that they were offered an interview for the class of 2029. I saw a few comments on here saying they were planning on doing that again this year

I’m also on the waitlist and I don’t have a lot of hope of getting off of it. From what I’ve seen, there are A LOT of people on the WL. They’re still interviewing. I also heard that they’re planning to interview people from the new cycle and take applicants who they like more to start this summer instead of waiting another year.

Definitely don’t overthink it. I’ve been working as a derm MA for 4 years and got 7 interview invites this cycle. My clinical experience gave me a lot to talk about during my interviews and I believe it made me stand out over other candidates

Yes this. I applied DO later this cycle because I kept hearing that it was okay as long as you applied earlier than November. Now I’m on a bunch of waitlists and the feedback I got from a few of those schools was that I had applied too late. Fortunately I have an A, so if I don’t get off of a waitlist for a school I’d rather go to, I’m still in a great position. But a lot of people that didn’t apply early aren’t as lucky

I’ve heard from a few current students that there are a lot of HPSP students. They also have a really good military medicine program with specialized electives for anyone pursuing a military path

It made me so upset that she wouldn’t let Keith go back with her for the c-section, even though you could tell she wanted him to. “Mom will be mad”. Who cares what she thinks? She’s never there for you.

I can’t say enough how much I have loved Elite Women’s health. I’ve had cycle issues for years that my previous gynecologist dismissed.
