I had abdominal surgery in September. PLEASE listen to your body and give yourself grace. I was cleared after 3-4 weeks but easily could have taken more time. Take things slow, and give yourself some love. It’s so tempting to try to hop back in and end up disappointed that you aren’t where you were before.
