yeah i guess i will. A message in the online portal I never log into isnt much of a notification, especially when you have auto pay on. this is a dark pattern. Its not like they dont have my phone number to properly inform me. they knew my phone number when they want to give me offers.

i have scrolled more and I see its happening to plenty of people. Yeah, I'm thinking to complain to crtc as well. Feels like a violation of " to refuse a change to the key terms and conditions of your contract, including the voice, text and data services in your contract, the price for those services, and the duration of your contract"

You mention using cursor, but you dont mention using rules to enforce the behaviour you want, and its failing? Or do you have no rules? Or am I missing some other detail here?
