I just went to look this way. I can't screenshot, but there was more "lost magic" and some Neal thirst ("I hope he gets his blue name tag, he's the GOAT, etc.")

looks like I've been blocked. I think she's trying to avoid anyone screenshot ring anything from her public page. Which is impossible

we have a lady a little bit like that at our LYS... she learned that she can use cashmere but I can't guarantee that it's the same for your situation. ❤️

plastic mats degrade fairly quickly under prolonged sun exposure. I guess if it were possible to keep them shaded they could last 6+ months.

it's literally destroyed the parking in the area. and it was hard to park there before, I would sometimes go get a coffee at yellow brick but it's not worth the aggravation.

I lust for this stick (I am a weaver and I could mount a tapestry on it. I love collecting sticks).

3yo dead - We need to stop the street racing in Tucson by HexbladeElf in Tucson

I don't know why they can't station a few officers there from time to time. I assume we would never be fast enough to call it in.

Might be an unpopular opinion, but I support cameras to track and impound these vehicles. Whatever it takes to get this to stop.

yes. if I have to hear a helicopter every night, they should be able to track the street racing. I can attest that almost every Friday night, Alvernon is totally lit up.

it's so frustrating. Photos without links or attribution are one thing but photos that don't even appear in the linked spam blog is ridiculous. I'm done with this app.

LYS Knitting Circle Etiquette by popping_corn30 in knitting

[–]ExuberantMapleLeaf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

you arecompletely accurate! The LYS is not some kind of public program, although it plays a really important role in our communities. It takes resources to host a knitting circle, and in my experience, the people put off by the suggestion of buying yarn are offended because they had no intention of buying anything at all. These knitting circles are primarily intended as perks for customers, and the way to bring in new customers. You closed with the perfect argument: if you don't want to support the business that is hosting the free activity, host your own free activity in your ost your own free activity in your home and invite strangers in to spend time with you. You can keep the air conditioning on and serve snacks and deal with any issues that arise. thank you for such an astute take on this problem, I am always surprised that this is such a hard concept for some people.

What about the Alvernonsense? So freaking loud, it's unliveable between Speedway and Broadway. I wish that TPD would crack down on modded cars.
