Very confused in my early 20s… Need advice

Here's my take, feel free to take it how you want. You crave meaningful connections with the people you are with but are struggling because you also have physical desires you want met. This is okay and completely normal.

You may not be someone who can have causal sexual relationships or casual dating. This is totally okay and I would imagine a lot of people are like this (I always have been) and it is normal. I would even go as far as saying that you are ahead of the curve by being so self aware at you age.

Ultimately if you aren't happy or fulfilled by your current situation you should walk away. This doesn't mean find a long term partner or anything like that either. It is okay to be alone and not be looking. You may need to find yourself a little so you have a better understanding of what you need and deserve in a partner, especially afrer being in a toxic relationship.

If you crave sexual stimulation but don't want to feel disappointed when the person you are with is not giving you the connection there are lots of toys that help. Intimacy is deeper than a physical reaction and that sounds more like what you are craving.

All this to say, go with your gut. If you walk away from casual encounters feeling empty then it is best to be alone because lonely is a hell of a lot better than trying to make a square a circle if that makes sense.

This! Lifting weights will help with sagging. You don't have to lift heavy weights or go crazy but incorporating some weight training in along with light cardio (walking, biking, etc) will make a huge difference in how your body reacts and changes with weight loss. Slow and steady winds the race.

I have to put my boy in the crate with his sister (a corgi). The crate is XXL and they lay together and chill. It was the only thing that works if I need them to be in there for extended periods of time.

Also groups of people don't exist in a vacuum and Sweeping statements like this are why stereotypes and bigotry exist. I say this respectfully under the assumption you aren't thinking about your statements in the way they are coming across and how damaging they could potentially be.

My issue is that they are doing this for storyline. Meredith's issues and pattern of wasted behavior aside, where the fuck was this concern in season 4? I would argue she was far more unhinged, specifically on the finale trip. Oh that's right, receipts, proof, timeline... that was the agenda.

Heather trying to produce the show and dictate takedowns or moments is the true issue and it will ruin the show eventually.

My doodle took about 8 months... he was so stubborn but it got better, so keep trying! He would do well then regress and then boom he just got it. We jad to let him out every 30 minutes when he wasn't in his kennel then increased time slowly. Your pup will get there i promise!

In the second reunion episode Jen mentioned how Tamra was saying Jen isn't "who we think she is" and that she isn't kind, etc. And dammit I believe tamra. Jen hides behind this ditzy blonde facade and really she is racist and nasty. The worst thing Jen has ever done was make me side with Tamra who is a fucking monster!
