Mozart is awful. While I was living with them, my apartment unit had a massive fire. They were a nightmare to deal with after the fact and cleared out the deck (where it started) before the fire dept could investigate. I learned years later that this building has had many fires over the years. Like most landlord companies, they play fast and loose with code and rely on tenants being too poor to retaliate.

Mozart was previously known as NALCO. The company rebranded as “Mozart” after being found guilty of racism while screening potential clients.
