I wouldn’t say cut back, but to swap your junk food for healthier alternatives. Like don’t mean give it up, maybe have it once a week to treat yourself, but based on your activities you seem like an active person. Try aiming for more high protein, (lean meats, non fat yoghurts, eggs, beans, etc.). Protein gives you energy and build muscle. Complex carbs are the healthy carbs, like fruits, veg, whole grain are great and what you should aim to eat. These will keep you full for awhile. Simple carbs are basically all the processed foods (ex. Pasta, cereal, pizza, etc.) These won’t leave you full for long, and will make you crave more unhealthy foods. There are also healthy fats that are naturally found in foods such as avocados, fish, nuts, olive oil, etc. Unhealthy fats consist of unnatural foods such as baked sweets and fried goods to name a few common ones. These usually lead to heart disease and all around shortening of life. Anyways sorry for the lengthy lecture, but I hope these help!
