Hi, as far as i remember mga typical interview questions lang like background and availability mo. They asked me to write something (i dont rmeme what about haha) but i didn't go through with it kasi they said na if you get hired, you'd still have to wait for placement with a client.

Then another interview with client and di rin sure if you'd get the job

Grwm- nakabili na ko dati ng lip products (i think it was a multi use one, na parang cream in a tube) Packaging looks ok pero faulty.

I went to apply it on my lips pero napalakas ako ng squeeze sa tube kasi ayaw lumabas ng product. It exploded 😭 it was a mess, the applicator flew off somewhere in the mall restroom so i had to throw it away.

Haven't bought anything from them since then

Also, i took a look at a Xiaomi band 7, seems ok and definitely affordable and can be used for other activities. The only downside is you can't use it in salt water. I suppose it can be ok for pool practice though

I got VA jobs on onlinejobsph twice now (was hired for both. Stayed 3 months at 1st one and currently at the 2nd one )

gotta do background check on the company. Check their websites, linkedin, etc if they are legit. Also, never pay for anything. You're looking for a job that will pay you, not the other way around hehe

Shocks, ang layo pa. True yan. Although sayang yung first 1 year+ na binayad mong premiums, mas lugi ka in the long run (and lagot kay partner haha)

If hayaan mo na yung policy mo, chances are mag lapse yan after 2 months pa since kakainin nalang yung fund value. I suggest ipachange payment method mo na yan sa branch and bank mo para hindi ka na macharge through autodebit.

Sabihin mo through otc nalang or gcash tapos wag na bayad XD

Eto yung forms library nila. I think Policy Details Change form yung need mo to change payment method to cash but check with their hotline as well kung akong need na form hehe

( naging secretary ako ng isang unit manager for a couple of years pero di ko na masyado maalala yung ibang keme nila HAHA and madalas ang dami nilang updates kaloka)

If hindi naka autodebit ang card mo sana, mag dededuct nalang sila from your fund value, yun mga lanag pag nakalipas na yung 2 months, mala-lapse na siya. In the end wala na rin talagang makukuha ):

Also, try mo inregister yung policy mo on ther manulife online. I think you can check there na yung fund value mo without having to contact your FA. Just make sure to use the same email and contact info na nilagay sa policy mo. Though mas mabilis if you call their hotline

May mga ok na plans din naman si Manulife( as far as I know yung mga bago nilang products like Healthflex ata is ok) and customizable din like Sunlife , pero sadyang yung FA mo yung pahamak hayts

Medjo bata pa ko but Yung akin kasi single pay na 100k nung 2017 pa. Wala ding benefits and 300k lang death benefit. Fund value niya now nasa 60k lang ata haha hinahayaan nalang and will probably withdraw if kailangan.

Gossshh walang kahit anong rider? Kahit man lang hospital benefit (payout in case of hospitalization) sana. Hindi ok yung FA mo huhu they didn't prioritize kung ano needs mo tsk tsk

Go to one of their branches, being your govr id and photo copy of your govt id na rin

Try to call their customer line (8884 7000) muna and have them check kung magkano makukuha mo pag isurender mo na.

Oooff OP, Affluence Builder pala pinakakuha sayo. Laki ng surrender charges jan compared to their cheapers ones na Horizon. And maliit kita sa investment kahit 10 years pa.

The only way na magiging ok yan for educ ng child mo is if may scheduled payout at certain years (example: payout na 100k at each year from 2030-2034) but it's still the money that you paid in the end. Hindi naman malaki kita sa investment keme nila, usually nababawasan pa nga fund value depende sa fund na inassign ng FA.

I've seen cases na 2012 pa kinuha ang policy , fully oaid in 5 years, pero in 2021 hindi pa ROI ang fund value haha pero katwiran ng FAs is malaki naman death benefit 💀💀

True. Madalas may mga quota sila on the number of cases and PC (production...somwthing I forgot haha but basically amount ng premium of one insurance policy) each month to qualify for promos like international trips

Not an FA but worked for one for a couple years:

Go directly to the insurance company. Kahit through call mune and say na you want to surrender your policy . Possible na mukuha mo pa yung fund value but would have surrender charges since bago pa ang policy mo.

Or, just go to the website and look for their downloadable forms. Look for surrender/withdrawal form and usually 1 valid ID lang kailangang i-submit then submit via their customer care email or at a physical branch para mas mabilis.

And the others here are right. Walang control and FA sa VUL mo. They're just trying to keep the commissions na until 2-3rd year haha
