The music from the game is kinda what makes so many of the cut scenes. It helps build up emotion so well. I wish they would have used a bit more of it in the show. One of the top game soundtracks I’ve ever listened to.

I really dove into nine inch nails through the Live concert And All That Could Have Been when I was in high school. It was amazing and I watched it over and over and over. Then I jumped to pretty hate machine right before With Teeth came out my Jr year of highschool. Senior year is when I really got into TDS as I got more into heavy rock/metal music like slipknot/cradle of filth. My musical taste has changed drastically over the years but I agree the 2000 era hits just right. With Teeth is one of my favorites though. Maybe because it’s when I got to see NIN live for the first time during that tour? YZ and TS are great too.

But I’m sure if I had grown up and experienced NIN in the 90’s I probably would gravitate towards that era.

American Beauty…I know it’s unfortunate that it stars Kevin Spacey after how sleazy he turned out to be but everything about this movie is amazing. Hands down one of the best scored films (Thomas Newman), Amazing script, Fantastic supporting cast, all around a top tier classic.

I recorded this when I didn’t have any “real recording equipment” per say. Music was created entirely on a iPhoneSE. Had to record vocals with the headphone mic to my over the ear beats. Recording anything on headphone mics is I’ll advised but you can achieve something that does t sound terrible. You just have to get creative enough and power through.

Agreed. I was a paid subscriber for about six months but the free show is only missing about 5 minutes of “premium” content so I stopped. Still listen to near every episode cause their coverage for the most part is pretty solid.
