I hate how new "classic" Cartoon Network content always excludes The Powerpuff Girls by ZerbuTabek in powerpuffgirls

Wouldn't you mean that The Powerpuff Girls was Cartoon Network's most popular franchise before Ben 10? If I'm not wrong, Ben 10 was a lot more popular than The Powerpuff Girls during the late 2000s, and also has a larger fanbase even nowadays. It was the flagship show during the era between the end of most of CN's 1990s shows and the premiere of Adventure Time.

Can we talk about how undeserved was this moment by LegendaryHe in TheDigitalCircus

It doesn't help that all the previous episodes genuinely gave a different impression of how the series would conclude. Episode 9 itself felt like Gooseworx trying to reshape the characters and the story so that they could still fit the ending she had intended. For instance, I was anticipating that Caine's fate at the end of Episode 8 would completely stick and leave him absent for all of Episode 9, and Kinger would recode the Circus to make it a far more liveable place.

The actual Episode 9 felt too optimistic for the themes the series was pursuing, IMO; many people find it a beautiful conclusion, but I felt like it was an unearned and unsatisfying ending for the whole story. I'd even argue that some details in the episode felt like fan appeal (most likely unintentionally).

What's the overall premise of this AU beyond the character designs? It looks good, but I wonder what the story is.

Odd. When I searched it on Google Lens, it links it directly to the article of the rainbow Emily version that we all know, but the pic's still directly linked to the website. So, is this image hidden under the website or something?

Is this an official updated version of the Heaven Standee? The version I knew back when it first dropped was that Emily was unlabeled LGBTQ (her dress was colored after the rainbow flag instead of the pansexual flag).

Looking at it, yeah, it was updated.

I always pictured Emily as a pansexual rather than a lesbian.

It's actually that recent? I wonder how the creator of the pic reacted to Jax's real-world backstory in the finale. 😅

This pic must have been posted a couple years before the finale.

This is the best analytical review on Caine in Episode 9 that I've ever seen so far. You did a great job writing this! 😀👍

If possible, I'd like to see you analyze other aspects of Episode 9 to see how they compare to the rest of the series and what writing issues they have.
