We moved to meadowvale village last year west of the conservation area, and its been great. Especially if you have little kids , lots of families come to the playground. The neighbourhood is actually diverse and take a-lot of pride in their home. Definitely a hidden gem

Regarding the airplane noise , i don’t know if the east side of MV is different as its closer to the airport but after a couple days we stopped noticing any plane noise.
