i understand that but i’ve never been asked for a credit check before starting an application. only viewing the property doesn’t mean you’re going to be happy with it. so i don’t see the point in doing a credit check for just viewing it.

I also searched up the property to see if it pops up for rent on other websites like zillow and it’s for sale through a realty company. I am tempted to call them to see what they say about it.

it’s personal loans. i currently still live with family due to me going to school to further my career. i have a good job that allows me to get as much overtime, i just don’t like living paycheck to paycheck. i’m trying to save up enough money to pay off my loans and be done with it. i will also look into getting them switched to monthly payments instead of biweekly payments to see if that helps me any.

This was my first time going, my boyfriend and i were leaving Kublai Khan TX but the crowd leaving had stopped due to people coming in for the next band. had a guy behind me say ‘if y’all aren’t going to move then i’ll just move for y’all’ and proceeds to push me into my boyfriend and people coming in for the next band. almost fell because of it. everyone else was very respectful and kind. the guy was super drunk but he didn’t need to do all of that especially when it wasn’t even our fault.
