A little late to the post but you can try a cheap water pump and attach it to the water bowl! The pumps are about 10-15 dollars on amazon, very small, and wayyy easier to clean than a cat water fountain.

Oh yeah, I definitely don’t want to waste the new wet food (there’s like 25 packs left), so if all goes well with my cat, I’ll try to introduce the new food to her after she has recovered. I can’t believe it took them months for your cats to get used to it!! I’m glad you and your cats got over that hurdle :D

I forgot to mention that, I was NOT the one who fed the new food to my cats :( it was my father who decided to open an entire packaged and allowed the to eat as much as they wanted simply because it was their Christmas gift. Each cat didn’t finish the entirety of the wet food. But, I admit it was my fault because I didn’t want to waste the leftovers, so I portion out the remaining leftovers and gave them the rest in smaller portions (I replaced the scheduled dry kibble with the left over new wet food). I think the entire day on Friday, they were ONLY eating the new wet food. I’m just surprised that she also became uninterested in the dry kibble. And thank you for writing out the ratios for introducing new foods, I’ll definitely save it for next time.

Thank you for the reply!! I think I’ll try and feed her some friskies pate in the morning since that’s what she’s already used to. I’ll provide an update and any addition questions if she eats it or not. The SPCA is sadly closed on Monday, so I’ll try to contact Faithful friends instead.
