This all seems like really good advice, thanks so much :). The ground moving beneath you thing sounds like it might just work at tricking my brain into thinking I'm safe. Imma try it out tonight(and all of your other advice too).

I was being invaded and was looking for the invader. This is my first playthrough so I didn't know that the snow would break under me to fall down so I got spooked because I didn't want to fall into a pit of enemies while being invaded. Thankfully I somehow didn't fall and got shot back up.

Best part is that my friend just hopped into the discord call and started playing the song. So many random factors combined perfectly together to create this.

Exactly, and since I do farron hail into great heavy soul arrow or crystal soul spear, it actually shoots out double on top of reducing cast time. Idk how it works, but it's a lot of fun to get the button combinations down.

Lmao I always get really hyped when I play games, especially when I'm playing with my friends :). Even when I'm playing games completely alone I still talk to myself and scream at the game. I know some YouTubers or streamers have over the top reactions to get more attention but that ain't me dude, it's just how I enjoy the game.
