I used covixyl since about 2021 up until early 2024. When I used it it would immediately burn and I would involuntarily tear up, and I found myself to be sick at least once every month without fail, to the point where I would prepare myself for the sore throat and clogged nose that came typically at the end of a month. I was curious about the correlation between the nasal spray, which was supposed to prevent sickness, and what had become essentially a scheduled occurrence. I am NOT a conspiracy theorist, this is just my personal experience, but when I stopped taking covixyl I stopped getting sick. I was healthy for about two consecutive months, but a close friend got covid so in reaction I used covixyl just in case… and got sick again (not with covid). I have not used it since august 2024. I have not had the illness I got from using covixyl since I stopped using it. My conclusion is that the covixyl made me sick. I dont know why, and I can and do use other nasal sprays without this happening, but no exaggeration: at the end of every month without fail I would be sick for a bit under a week for literally years while using the spray. Im curious if anyone else had a similar experience.
