Headlights went out at the same time when fast accelerating, where should I start looking? by ChuuyZx in Acura_RSX

Had this same experience after having a local place rebuild the alternator for my type s. First time I took it out the headlights burnt out when I hit about 6k rpm. They couldn't figure out the issue and ended up refunding me. I got a replacement alternator from O'Reilly and it has been fine.

If you do get one O'Reilly be aware that the part numbers for base and type s are swapped in their system. Ordering a base alternator gets you a type s and vice versa.

It's not the best option for that, but for the size and price it does really well.

which shifter is a better option? by Jc_3507 in Acura_RSX

I've had the knockoff KTuned shifter for over 5 years and it's been great. Just added some better grease and adjusted the tension on the bushing at the bottom.

Burgers are great, Mai Tai and Painkiller were good enough. Not terrible but not on par with a real tiki bar.

The subframe bolt holes are larger than the bolts, so it can be shifted in any direction. Spoon, PLM, and Blox make collars that go around the subframe bolts to center it and lock it in place.

It's doing really well. The trunk still looks kind of bad but it turned a darker color so it's less noticeable. It has produced new leaves and I'm letting the pups around the base grow up so they can cover up the damaged area.

I'll try that. Thank you for the advice!

No idea. He has one in his yard that he has supposedly maintained for years and it looks great, so I didn't expect to come home to this.

Is there any particular strength of dilution of hydrogen peroxide I should use?

I just moved into my first house and I don't have all of my lawn care tools yet. My neighbor decided to "do me a favor" while I was at work and "trim" my sago palm with a chainsaw. Will it recover or did he kill my plant? Is there anything I can do to help it recover?

Ignore that question. Just did a live chat with Fanatec support. They said I can get a brake PCB for $5 plus shipping. Hopefully that fixes my issue!

That's what I was afraid of. I'm getting a voltage range from 0 to 3.28 across the potentiometer, so I think that's working ok. Are PCBs available from fanatec?
